PCI Consulting, the co-founder of the Kagami method, has received the French Qualiopi certification for performing skills assessments
The quality certification was issued under the following category of actions: skills assessment
Qualiopi is a trademark registered by the French government to make the Skills Assessments offer more readable. This trademark certifies that the organization offering the skills assessment has successfully passed a specific quality audit. The auditor verifies that the organization's services comply with specific requirements called the National Quality Reference System (RNQ) and comprising 7 criteria and 32 quality indicators.
In particular, this involves certifying the pedagogical adaptation of the services according to each person's needs. There are also requirements on the professionalism of the coaches, their involvement in the socio-economic environment, the structuring of the organization, etc. To be certified, organizations must engage in a continuous improvement process verified by surveillance audits (after 18 months) and renewal audits (every 3 years).
In practice, choosing a certified organization allows you to:
-
mobilize your CPF to finance your skills assessment (for French residents only)
-
have clear, precise and reliable information on the program before you commit (on the process, method, prices, etc.)
-
have a service in accordance with this information
-
benefit from an analysis of your needs at the start of the program
-
be accompanied with quality educational resources that can be adapted according to your needs (including to specific needs related to a disability)
-
rely on the professionalism of the coach: level of training, updated knowledge (including changes in the labour market and the economic environment), continuous development of their skills, supervision, incorporating innovations, etc
-
choose an organization that is truly attentive to your needs and suggestions and is part of a continuous improvement process
